How to start the program?
Please provide as many details as possible about you, this will allow us to better understand your needs and we will provide you with professional feedback. We keep this letter and all information received from you in complete confidentiality.
We will review your request as soon as we receive it and contact you with all the necessary information about your future program. To meet your needs, We will offer one of our software packages, or discuss the details of an individual package if needed.
As soon as we discuss all the details of your future project and agree on everything, we will move on to the stage of choosing an egg donor. We give you full access to our database of egg donors and together with our coordinators you can choose an egg donor based on your needs and preferences. After selection, we will contact the donor and agree on his participation in the program. The next step will be the choice of a surrogate mother, our coordinator will select a surrogate mother for you and send you all the information about her. You, as a future parent, will be able to make the final decision on choosing a surrogate mother for your future child.
After we agree, we will send contracts and you will need to sign them with our Agency and the surrogate mother/egg donor. Contracts are drafted by New Hope's team of lawyers in English and Ukrainian in accordance with Ukrainian law. We can make adjustments to your individual program if necessary.
To start the next phase of your program, we will arrange for you a visit to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. We will help you book tickets and choose where to stay in Ukraine during your visit. We will coordinate appointments between you and your potential surrogate so you can confirm your decision. You will also sign all necessary medical applications and provide biological materials that are needed to start the program. We will take care of all the details to make your stay in Ukraine as comfortable as possible and successful cooperation with New Hope.
Throughout the time, our curators will keep you informed and inform you about the progress of your program. Our curators will supervise all medical procedures related to your program. Also, at any time you can access all medical documents. We will guide you when the time is right and let you know about your scheduled visit to us in order to get all the paperwork you need to take your newborn baby home.

Can I be a surrogate with New Hope?
In order for your surrogacy to be successful and safe for you, there are some basic criteria. These are there to protect you and your family’s wellbeing, as well as meeting the requirements set by fertility clinics in the Ukraine. You need to:
Be fit, healthy and over 21
Our surrogates are physically and mentally healthy, have a BMI between 19 and 30, are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and are over 21 years old.
Have already had a baby
We want to make sure you know what to expect from pregnancy, and feel confident you can carry a baby safely.
Be willing to have fertility treatment
You need to be prepared to have fertility treatment at a licensed clinic in the UK in order to get pregnant.
Be well supported
Support from your partner, if you have one, or another close friend or family member, is very important.
Be a non-smoker
If you smoke now, you need to have given up completely for six months before you can apply.
Complete screening and preparation
To become a New Hope Surrogate you will also need to complete our screening and preparation process.
